Established Canadian monitoring company  with good real-time data with great data visualization and workflow capabilities.

Radian 6
Leading USA monitoring company with good real-time data but extremely difficult to view dashboard and reports and very difficult to integrate with other SalesForce tools.

IWOM Discover
Established Chinese monitoring group in China with an extensive offering of Chinese channels.  UI is in Chinese.  Will be integrated into IWOMcooperator (allows some customer servicing) with English interface

Buzz Equity
Up and coming independent group has created what looks like quite a nice China and Intl tool that provides good simple reports for limited channels.

Brand Karma
Hospitality and travel specific Asian analytics company that focuses on reviews and other metrics helpful to hotels and covers a wide range of travel specific sites.
